Mix Pro LLC Social Responsibility
- As part of our social responsibility policy, the team at Mix Pro LLC has established a Good Neighbor Association. Our goal is to voluntarily engage in activities that promote education, health, and environmental sustainability.
- Although we have only been established for one year, we have already organized the following activities in collaboration with the district and neighborhood:
Lunar New Year - 2023
Contributed to the preparations for the elderly in the 11th district of Bayanzurkh by providing traditional festive bread and gifts.
Children's day – 2023
Under the motto "Every Child is Happy," we distributed gifts to underprivileged children in the neighborhood on International Children's Day.а.
New School Year – 2023
Collaborated with the neighborhood to provide school supplies to children from vulnerable families and single-parent households.
As our operations continue to expand, our social responsibility initiatives will also grow, focusing on activities that promote the well-being of society.
- Additionally, considering that work is like a second home for many, we aim to create a comfortable, organized, and healthy working environment for our employees. With the support of our staff, we have established a "Sports Ground" at our factory location.
- We also plant trees annually within the factory premises to enhance the environment and provide a pleasant resting area for our employees.
- Employees are a crucial part of creating the value of our organization. Although we have only been established for one year, we have addressed the social needs of our best employees by rewarding them with two-room apartments.
- To welcome the New Year, we also rewarded our dedicated and hardworking employees with trips abroad.Even though we operate in the manufacturing sector, we strive to use environmentally friendly technologies, such as utilizing greywater.
- We are committed to activities that benefit society, our employees, and the environment.
